The mission is to create a space for you to EMBRACE the truest version of yourself with like-minded individuals while we ELEVATE our frequency to its highest and best. This is an ALL DAY in person wellness event with multiple practitioners and a full day of activities., giveaways, and more!
This is an in person - outdoor event. Bring your own yoga mat/ blankets, chair, pillows, or other comfort items you prefer. These items will not be provided. Small coolers are welcome. No Alcohol. Drums and shaker instruments welcome for drumming circle. Itinerary will be available for ticket holders 4 weeks prior to date. Check in will begin at 9am, activities begin promptly at 10am.

Crystal began her spiritual journey seeking knowledge and healing for her own deep-rooted trauma. She found relief in places of holistic wellness and studying a large variety of metaphysical modalities before settling into what has become her greatest life calling.
She prides herself on creating a foundation of knowledge, holding over 25 certifications in this realm of work. With a focus on sound and frequency as a trusted source of relief in all aspects of the healing journey. She also provides deep insight and soul guidance through her natural gifts as a soul intuitive and medium. In 2026 she is stepping into her role as the teacher, bringing further guidance through enlightenment and spiritual awakenings classes.

Amber Lemley is the founder of Tranquil Spirit Yoga and a seasoned yoga educator (RYT-500, E-RYT® 200, YACEP®), as well as a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Master, Munay-Ki womb-keeper, and ordained minister. Her work bridges embodied yoga practice with Earth-honoring shamanic wisdom, creating spaces that are both deeply grounded and gently transformative.
Amber’s priestess path is rooted in ancestry and remembrance rather than hierarchy. As a womb-keeper within the Munay-Ki lineage, she holds ceremony with reverence, guiding others back to their own inner knowing through breath, movement, sound, and stillness.
Through her offerings at Tranquil Spirit Yoga — including yoga, breathwork, sound journeys, and sacred circle — Amber invites people into experiences of nervous-system ease, clarity, and reconnection. Her teaching emphasizes safety, presence, and respect for the body as a living sanctuary.
At retreat, Amber brings a steady, compassionate field where breath becomes prayer, movement becomes listening, and each participant is gently supported in returning to what is already whole within them.

This mini retreat is an evening of healing while we experience nature and a Sunset Floating Sound Bath.
Arrival 5pm
Nature Walk 530pm:
15 minute walk along a rustic gravel path to a large pond and primitive cabin and dock
30 minutes of Reiki and energy healing with Amy SIllers
15 minute return walk for grounding and connection
(those unable to walk, a ride will be provided)
7pm Sunset Floating Sound Bath (sun sets at 715pm & Pool is heated)
Charcuterie style snacks & water provided
12 Floating Spots - You will be provided a float where you ARE submerged in the water not floating on top.
