The mission is to create a space for you to EMBRACE the truest version of yourself with like-minded individuals while we ELEVATE our frequency to its highest and best. This is an ALL DAY in person wellness event with multiple practitioners and a full day of activities., giveaways, and more!
This is an in person - outdoor event. Bring your own yoga mat/ blankets, chair, pillows, or other comfort items you prefer. These items will not be provided. Small coolers are welcome. No Alcohol. Drums and shaker instruments welcome for drumming circle. Itinerary will be available for ticket holders after July1st. Check in will begin at 9am, activities begin promptly at 10am.

2025 is the first year for the Embrace & Elevate Wellness Retreats and we are extremely happy to be welcoming you! Plans are in the works for 2026 for a single day retreat and a weekend retreat here locally. We are also working on a weekend getaway retreat for 2026! I discovered my passion for spiritual modalities at just the right time in my life! Life was uncomfortably chaotic and my body was extremely unwell. Taking matters into my own hands, I have used meditation, hypnotherapy, energy, and sound frequency to heal my body and find balance. As I continued to see progress in my own life, I began to offer this wellness to my clients.
Soon after I was introduced to Sound Frequency and Biofield Therapy, it became a main focus of my practice. I couldn’t be happier with where this journey has taken me.
This wellness retreat has been on my vision board for some years now, and the reality is I am still in awe of how people are coming together and showing up for themselves!
